Senior Year! AHHHHH!

So senior year is a blast! It's going by so fast all I can see is a blur! Our band field show is coming together nicely! And there is a choir concert one week from tomorrow. But what really has made this year amazing, is that I got a lead part in the district musical! We had our first practice today, with just the Narrators, (three other girls plus me! :)) and there is practice almost every single day until the shows! which start in November. The musical we are producing is called Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat! It is so much fun and there is a whole bunch of amazing dancing and different genres of music! There's a calypso, and some rock and roll, and some french cabaret! So the next two months of my life are going to be so completely stressful and amazing that I can't even comprehend it! So, here is what I get to accomplish (hopefully!) in the next two months!

  • Production of the musical,
  • 5 all- day band competitions, (not to mention two three hour practices a week!)
  • Youth group band,
  • Choir concert,
  • Jazz concert,
  • My rock band called Innerceed, ( heck to the yes!)
  • Various friends who I MUST hang out with,
  • Powderpuff football, (pulls fist down dramatically)
  • and various other things I don't know about yet.
So, in a way, I have absolutely have no life other than the above listed. But I've found that I feel bored and listless when I don't have a bunch of stuff going on so this schedule fits me perfectly. So to all of you out there who sit on the computer doing nothing but reading peoples blogs, go out and get involved in something! The reason I blog is because I need to write down what I've done so I can learn from my own mistakes and so others can learn from them too. Wouldn't you want to go do something awesome rather than read about someone doing something awesome! So please, go do something. It is worth it. :)

Ecclesiastes 8:15
So I commend the enjoyment of life, because nothing is better for a
man under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad. Then joy will
accompany him in his work all the days of the life God has given him under
the sun.
